Before the dream some insight: there is this guy that i work with and we both like each other and firt alot he is from the virgin islands. i am 24 soon to be 25 and he is 39

Now the dream: I was at work pulling freight like everybody else and desided to help out the guy that likes me and he was telling me that he has decided to go back home and i got really sad an worried because we really have a strong conection.And we talked about it and stuff and then the manager called a meeting and in the middle he got up and said something and then grabed his stuff and went to leave but before he did he came over to me gave me a hug and then walked away I then stood there for a min and then left to follow him.We stoped in like a little hallway and talked and i cried and he went to ask me something and we got interuped by this girl and they got in a small argument andshe looked at me and said this white girl and he said yes and he grabed my hand and went to say something and then i woke up . Please help what does this mean...
