Pregnancy dreams are fairly common, and have a multitude of meanings, depending on the context of the dreamer's life.
My intuition is that you want to have a baby, but your logical mind is saying that you aren't prepared, you haven't achieved what you want in your career yet, etc. etc.
Maybe I'm wrong, since I know *nothing* about your life!

Alternative approaches could be:
-- the baby represents a new idea, a new way of life.  Birthing the baby would symbolize a life transormation coming to fruition
-- the baby represents a project you're working on.  Giving birth would be the culmination or completion of the project.
-- babies symbolize something in your inner nature that is pure, uncorrupted, innocent, and/or vulnerable.  The baby coming out could mean that you are going to operate your life in a more innocent or pure fashion.
-- being pregnant could symbolize that some part of your life is growing and developing, but you might not be ready to talk about it or face it yet.
