I had a dream that i was in this building with several stories and this really big mean and scary killer wolf with red eyes was out to get everyone and everyone was running to find a safe place and i found a utilitly closet with a huge steele door to hide in and i was still scared he would be able to get me even thought everyone else was just hiding behind regular doors.

Building - A building in a dream may be one you know or an imaginary place. What kind of building is it - what purpose does it serve? Here are some examples:

A Church - Beliefs, religion, spirituality, soul, social acceptances.
Post Office - Communication.
Bank - Money, values.
Factory or Office Building - work, monotony, repetition, habits, productivity, conformity, and feeling the lack of individuality.
Hospital - symbolizes a need for for care, healing, and recovery. It could be physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual healing that is needed.
Hotel/Motel - represents temporary attitudes, or a way of life, a short term situation, escape from family or home situations, sexual activity outside the home life, for businesspeople, or salespeople a hotel/motel can represent work, or the pursuance of work.
Library - Memory, learning (like school), and information.
School - A place of learning and knowledge, and represents life's lessons learned or not learned; approaching different levels of consciousness. This could mean that one has a desire to learn, or that one seeks higher ideals. If you are going back to school, it may hint at unresolved issues, or new learning opportunities.
If you dream of being back to school as an adult, pay more attention to your past and things from your childhood. Dreaming of school also could carry a message that life wants to teach you a lesson.
Alternately, may reflect tension and pressures in your waking life, also it suggests that you are reluctant to break old associations, or habits. The school in your dream could suggest that you keep on making the same mistakes and it is time to learn from past experiences.

Wolf/Werewolf - Wolves may have positive or negative meaning and may represent good or evil in dreams. They could represent hostility, aggression, sneakiness, and ferocious appetites. In some cultures, wolves represent feminine energies and in others masculine. In the Native American culture and tradition, the wolf is a symbol of a mysterious and wonderful teacher. Wolves are considered to be powerful guides who offer wisdom and enlightenment.
A wolf may also symbolize all that you are afraid of in yourself, particularly what you see as "animal", aggressive and destructive. Probably your fear is irrational and stems from a traumatic childhood experience. This "werewolf" anxiety is a fairly common ingredient in literature. It is nearly always a consequence of repressed instinct, possibly sexual.

Red Eyes:
Red - Red is an active, affective color, full of passion and emotion. It may symbolize passion, luck, joy, happiness, energy, action, sexuality, revolution, warning, danger....but also hate, anger, sin, greed, irritability and will power. As the color of blood, red is also the symbol of life.
A softer red is a symbol of love, mercy and compassion.
Light red stands for warmth and affection.
When intense, red can also indicate hatred, sin, rage.
Dark red is a symbol of passion, greed, energy and anger.

Eyes - Some say that the eyes are the windows for the soul. Eyes symbolize perceptiveness, personal outlook, clairvoyance, curiosity, and knowledge. They also reveal information about personal identity and suggest to the dreamer what he should pay attention to.

Hiding - suggests the unwillingness to face something, or situation in your waking life. In daily life we hide from things that we don't want to deal with or we hide from danger. If you are hiding out of danger, then you should consider those things in your life that you feel propose a threat to you. They could be internal forces or environmental conditions. Generally, we attempt to hide our own negativity and mistakes. This dream may call for an honest reflection on personal characteristics and an evaluation of how much fear influences our lives and decision-making.

Closet - The closet in your dream may have emotional, psychological, or physical connotations. Closets are used to store good things that we need as well as useless stuff.

Emotionally they hold memories, secrets, precious emotions and valuable thoughts. It may suggest that you need to find time to sort out your personal and work affairs.

Steel door:
Door - as a boundary, they represent feelings you use to shut others out of your life, to remain independent or private to being open or inviting. As a passageway, they represent going from one state of consciousness to another, or from one inner plane to another. To dream that you are entering through a door, signifies new opportunities that will be presented before you. You are entering into a new stage in your life and moving from one level of consciousness to another.
That it was steel suggests you feel the need for great protection, or adversely...that you feel there is an almost impassable, or impenetrable, boundary somewhere in your life.
Shutting a door - represents the repressing of memories and feelings. Also, decisively ending something...(a habit, relationship, job, etc.) It could also suggest you feel the need for privacy, or that you are trying to find 'space' for yourself. Also, represents the dismissing attitudes, or tension, we use to shut others out ...to keep others from getting too 'close' to us.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Are you feeling the need for protection, or that you are 'under attack', in your waking life?
Is there a situation, or issue, that is causing you to have an intense feeling about....but don't feel you can openly express yourself?
Do you feel a barrier somewhere in your life?
Is there something you just don't want to face....something you'd rather ignore in hopes it'll just go away?
Hope this gives you some insight. Good luck!
