It has happened twice in the last year, where I wake up within a dream in the same situation I have gone to sleep in, so it feels like real life, and I walk into a neighbouring room be that my son's bedroom most recently, or lounge room first dream and everything has been stolen, nothing is left in that room, it feels scary, invasive, like someone has come into our house while myself, my husband and son are asleep and taken everything we own without us knowing?

I had the latest dream last night, my 3 yr old son had come into our bed at around 4am, so he wasn't in his bedroom when I had the dream he was with us, in the dream I woke up then got up and looked into his bedroom adjacant to ours and all his furniture was gone, I said to myself this can't be real and shook myself out of my sleep to realise I am was in a dream thankfully.

What does this dream mean?

Would appreciate any thoughts?
