In my dream there was a massive war taking place that would destroy the world. In the beginning I was with all these people running away and we hid in a cave system but all the men stayed behind to fight and I left with the women and children and we followed the underground cave system but we didn't run we were on all fours like animals and someone asked me what star sign I was and when I replied I was Capricorn but I can also be Sagittarius everyone looked shocked(at this point we were in a giant cavern filled with water). After we got out of the cavern we were in the mountains staying in a beautiful, massive, old building(like an orphanage that is run by nuns but all the nuns and children had left cause of the war).

I realized some of my old friends were there with me too and we were having a great time, reminiscing and forgetting about the war when a big lady approached me and told me I had to go to war. I asked why me, she didn't reply but I knew it had to do with my star sign like before but I refused to go because they wanted me to be an archer and I am useless at archery. So another girl went in my place even though she was only young and very frightened and it seemed like she was just chosen randomly, like she had no experience in archery which I thought was weird because they were looking for archers. As I watched them take her away in a horse and carriage(my dream was set way back in the past) I started crying and because my friends thought I was going they had prepared a photo book with pictures of me and them playing some kind of game involving vacuums and there was a man who kept starring at me, like he was challenging me, saying I was too weak to go and fight in the war.

So I prepared myself and learnt how to become the best archer ever seen in history even developing my own techniques and new war tactics and when I was ready I approached the man who was like the master of archery and had challenged me to go to war and it was like we were in love. Then I went to fight and none of the men from the start of the dream could believe they would send a girl and so I had to prove myself but showing them how good I was by shooting these two birds in the cave. When they accepted me we went to war and I was on the top of this massive castle with millions of enemies charging towards me and my army when someone I like in real life appeared and I fell in love with him(but was still in love with my master). Then my crush realized who I was and supposedly I was a great warrior that was prophesied/for told about thousands of years before. What does this very long and confusing dream mean?

War symbolizes a conflict you have in your waking life. It could be psychological, or emotional.
Running away symbolizes something that you do not want to face.
Capricorn & Sagittarius - Look to the representations of these signs for their respective symbolism's.
Your friends represent your support system outside of your family.
Archery signifies that you need to overcome any obstacles and want to realize the fulfilment of your goals.
Arrows represent something that has really 'gotten into' you....like hurtful remarks or actions, being 'pierced' by a powerful emotion such as love, turning attention inward in a wounding way, also could represent a message of love, endeavor, or opportunity.

Do you feel as though you need to prove yourself to someone?
Did someone say something that hurt your feelings?

Hope this gives you something to go on.
