Whenever a healthy man dreams, he experiences an erection...no matter what the subject of the dream is. Women, also experience sexual stimulation while dreaming. While dreaming, you can 'experiment', and safely allow any form of sexual pleasure you desire. You having sex with a different partner, that isn't openly expressed in your waking life, will attempt to become real in your dreams. It doesn't necessarily mean you are dissatisfied with your present partner, if you have sex with other people in your dreams. Everyone has secret desires, and it's healthy for them to be allowed in sleep. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Did your sister-in-law say, or do, something in your waking life that you found provocative, or sensual? Did your wife say, or do something sexually, that shocked or suprised you? Is you wife the only woman you've ever been with...or have you been together a long time? Have you ever wondered(in your waking life) what it would be like to be with another woman? Have you ever been 'tempted' to have an affair?
These are just rhetorical questions I ask, so that you can ask yourself....and hopefully give you some insight to your 'inner self'.
I hope this gives you some peace of mind. J
