I have had dreams for years now that my teeth are falling out, most recently, 3 teeth crumbled and fell out of my mouth and I had then in my hand.  I also had a dream in the summer that my back left molar crumbled and fell out and I had it in my hand.  Upon speaking to my sister the next day, she told me of the exact same dream she had.  We were both very freaked out and to top it all off by the afternoon, while I was eating lunch, my back left molar cracked and crumbled into pieces!!  I know it sounds kooky but it really did happen.  I have these dreams at least once every few months and have always been told it means death.  It could be coincidence, but usually someone that I know of does pass away within the week or some kinds of devastating world event happens. (911...Tsunami stuff like that.  Even untimely young actors deaths.  I know, it's bizzare!!)  Does anyone out there have similar dreams or experiences??  I do have a strong sense of intuition and have had dreams before that have become reality, so I'm not sure what this one means!!! Any similar stories??

Teeth dreams are very common. Mostly it symbolizes our appearance, since it if falling off it may symbolize anxiety towards our appearance. 'appearance' is subjective, it may mean about something that other people can see about you, (e.g. ability to speak, sexual appeal, etc.)

Here in the Philippines, we have a 'silly' superstition about falling teeth, if you dream of falling teeth, as soon as you wake up, bite your pillow...

Arzie is right. The 'teeth falling out' dream is VERY common. It deals with our fear of becoming old, or being viewed as less powerful, or less attractive to others.
I have never had a dream of teeth falling out...but I know a few people, personally, that have.
