last night i dreamed that for some reason one of my bottom front teeth had cracked; as i examined it in the mirror, to my horror, i discovered that the crack went all the way down through my bottom jaw & as i pushed on it i saw the bone in my forehead moving & realized the bone was split entirely in half in my face.  i quickly went to the dentist & worriedly asked for help.  i was told i had to sit & wait until the homeless man who was laying on their couch was finished taking a nap. i'm really not concerned w/ my appearance, what does this mean?!
