In my dream last night, I was talking to a doctor,  he was dressing in a shirt and tie and was wearing a jacket.  he wore glasses. I did not recognise him as anyone I know. He was sitting on a window ledge. The window was open, and he was telling me that he had just been told he had a tumor. I felt sorry for him, and then, he suddenly leaned back and fell out the window into a puddle of mud and water. When he stood up he was covered in mud,  I tried to help him out the mud. I found this really funny and  I actually woke from my sleep laughing.

Doctor - may represent a need for physical, emotional, or spiritual healing. Doctors are respected authority figures and we usually follow their advice and guidance in regard to our well being. Depending on your belief system, the doctor in your dream could also represent your higher self or inner guidance. If you are currently experiencing a health problem and doctors are a part of your daily/weekly life, this dream may be symbolic of real life difficulties. However, the dream is most likely based on a past event, a memory, or refers to a current need for healing, rather than a prediction of the future.

Falling/Fell - represents underlying fears and feelings of inadequacy and helplessness. Also, current difficulties, and situations in your life that seem to be on a downward spiral, especially those situations that seem outside of your control.

Windows - represent your points of view, perspectives and glimpses of insight. Windows in our houses allow us to see the world on the out side, the windows in our dreams may encourage us to better see the world within ourselves, as well as the world outside.

Water - represents your subconscious, your emotions, and your accumulated life experiences, and the flow of 'feeling' energy. It is also a symbol of new life, refreshment, vigor, energy, cleansing, emotional stirrings, fertility, growth, and creative potential.

Mud - indicates problems in which you feel the need for an 'internal' cleansing. It could be spiritual, physical, or emotional.

Have you been feeling a need for some healing time?
Have you been overstressed, or overworked....not leaving much time for fun?

By seeing the funny side of your dream and waking up laughing, you may have found the 'cleansing' you need. You may be in dire need for some laughter and joy in your life.

Hope I could give you some insight. Good Luck!!

Thank you for your answer. Actually at the moment I am waiting to go for medical tests for something that has been worrying me for a few months. Your interpretation is very accurate.
