My youngest daughter is 21 yrs. old. I keep having dreams about her and she is a little girl again. In these dreams she is either killed in a freak accident or maimed in a way that she is only a head & torso. I have 3 other adult children, a son younger than her and and older daughter and son. I do not dream about them like this. The last time I dreamt this way was when she was 8 mo. old & that dream did save her life, so I fear this dream is going to somehow come true also.

When we dream about our kids(especially if we haven't seen them for a while), it's usually out of concern.
Sometimes, they are a representation of our own 'self' at that age, and the memories that are recalled from our own childhood. Suggesting that we've either found new life or energy, or that we could be acting childish about something.
Death usually represents a 'poetic' death, ie: the 'death' or ending of a way of life, the ending of a bad habit, or the 'death' of an idea, or project.

But, seeing as this has happened in the past, you may have that little bit of extra insight. I'm a firm believer in 'Mother's Intuition'. I myself had a dream that saved my eldest boy when he was 2.

Has a situation presented itself that aroused old childhood feelings?
How long has it been since you've had a 'heart to heart' with your daughter?

Give her a call, talking to her may allay some of your fears.

Hugs, & Hope,
J
