Hi everyone im new to these forums.

I have never really paid any mind to dreams but what happened this morning was crazy. Well sometime in the morning i had a dream that I was like literally looking at myself not through a mirror but looking at myself as if i were outside my body or if i were someone else...my body or whoever looked like me told me i was going to die. I remember trying to wake up, it felt like my mind had awoken but my body remained asleep. Its not the first time that i feel like im awake but somehow trapped in my body because its still sleeping. but having your own body tell you something like that is scary. What does anyone think that could mean? thanks

Your dream could mean different things. A lot of dreams are somehow related to things going on in our lives. Maybe your conscience is warning you about some sort of stress in your life or some sort of change coming.

The whole thing with waking up and having your mind awake but your body still asleep is actually quite common and have experienced it many times myself since a kid.
