i always have different dreams but in every dream there is this one boy thats always in them.I know who he is (his name,ect),but i never met him or been in any classes with him. Why do i keep having dreams about him?

You're curious to meet him. Catch him sometime when he's available and just strike up a conversation with him. Your mind is telling you it'll work, so just play it by ear.
