hi i have a disturbing dream that i can have night after night or sometimes not for months i leaves me feeling scared as in my dream, i hear a whirling sound and i instantly recognise i am having this happen to me,there is a monk with full brown habit on with a hood and i cannot see his face, then the noise gets louder and all of a sudden my eyes are closed and i cannot open them, also i cannot move anything else as if im paralysed, then he shakes me, or sometimes pulls on the covers,i try to talk but cannot speak,i try to move but cannot move, seems to go on for a long time then i wake up,i always wake up same and scared, and the dream is exactly the same everytime, only ever have 2 reoccuring, same dreams and the other one i posted just before this one, hope someone can explain as ive been having this for years and the feeling of being paralysed in the dream and not being able to help myself to get away from the monk is really scary.

Oddly enough, another member named Sparkling is having a similar dream about a monk.
Here's what I told them...

As a form of human behavior, the monk has a very long history, and is seen in all cultures as a solitary individual, a wise one, or a 'free thinker'.
In dreams, the monk links us to experiences that come from beyond personal life and memories, and from experiencess gained from living outside the 'social norm'.
It comes out of a sense of connection with something that unites all separate people, creatures, and objects in the universe.
The monk can also symbolize turning away from everyday life, creating a discipline of the mind and emotions, a rejection of, or anxiety about, the sexual roles of male and female.
At a personal level, the monk may connect with feelings of pain, or failure in our experience of the sexual relationship or society. Through such pains, we may have withdrawn enthusiasm, or involvement in what life offers.
Positively, it represents an internal question you may be asking...."What, or who am I?"..."Am I anything other than this changing body, with constantly shifting emotions and thoughts?"

That monk is another side of you...a subconscious, or sub-subconscious.

Have you been questioning your validity as a human being?(...Wondering what life is all about, and wondering what your role in life is?)
Are you wondering if you are living life to the fullest, or are you wondering, 'Is this all there is'..?
Are you wanting to 'make a difference'....to 'leave your mark upon the world'?
Have you been feeling frustrated or annoyed by the people around you...possibly wanting a little solitude?

The paralysis you are 'experiencing' can be very frightening. Depending on the current situations in your life, there are a few different interpretations.
The fear that paralyzes you in the dream may be a symbol of the fear that you are experiencing in daily life. You may feel somewhat unable to change a current situation which may show itself in your dream in a form of paralysis.
Alternately, this dream may be cautioning you to stay still and do nothing for now in regard to a real-life situation that is on your mind and may be problematic for you.
In the dream you may be "frozen with fear" and it is up to you decipher what that fear is and what it represents.
Also, sometimes, we experience paralysis to keep us from acting out the dream, otherwise we may injure ourselves.

Hope this gives you some inight...good Luck!

Get the Top Quality Heavy Industrial Work Shoes ,chanel handbags prices singapore
People always go here and there to search for top quality shoes. There are so many people who like to visit different shops to see the workmanship and quality of shoes. Most of the people like to buy heavy industrial work shoes. Heavy industrial work shoes have always been appreciated by the customers as they are the ones that offer complete protection to the person. Previously in the market, chanel bags for sale second hand, there have been work shoes that have offered protection to the feet of a person but unfortunately they have not been able to live up to the expectations of customers. These work shoes only offered steel toes and one or two other hazardous protections but none of these features were innovative and they had no scope of solid marketing.
