Recurring spider dream

For over a year now I have very vivid dreams where I actually think spiders/insects are crawling over my pillow/duvet. Because they seem so real I wake up with a start; sometimes jumping out of bed and sometimes screaming.

I don't do the last 2 things so much, because i have tried to 'train' myself that it's not real. However, i often go to sleep for half an hour (exactly) and then wake myself up with these vivid images.

Any ideas? The spider interpretation on this website doesn't really fit.

A different interpretation of spiders...

Some believe that the spider is symbolic of an unkind and sneaky individual. Depending on the details of the dream, it could also symbolize a smothering individual.

The spider can also be a symbol of 'poisonous' and sinful desires, on one hand, and an emblem of skillful and creative attitudes, on the other hand.
Dreaming of a spider could also suggest that you be honest and work hard in order to be happy and successful. To dream of a spider sitting on your skin: you need to be ready to fight provocation and worries. Sometimes a spider represents female seduction which "devours" of the male, in this case reconsider your behaviour, it may look patronizing, overprotective or demanding.

On the good side of spiders...
If you are an artist of any kind, the spider symbolize a rush of creative activity that could point you in a new career direction. A sign of strength and resiliency. Whatever hard times the dreamer is going through now, she has what it takes to get through them.

after three years,la gear lights, the first is a man rushed out, his nose stuffed with cigars,la gears, shouted: \

Finally out of the C, he firmly hold the hand of the warden, said: \thanks, I give you a Laoshilaisi! \Today's life is our choice by the decision three years ago, and today we will determine our choice after three years of life.
