A bit of a strange one...

In the dream I go to a fairground which is deserted except for one stall. As I walk over to it I see that it is in disrepair and is falling down. The man there is arab, middle aged, and neatly dressed in a blue woolen jumper. The stall is selling jigsaw puzzles. I buy one with the Mona Lisa on it. I take it home and starting assembling it on my living room floor, just as I would normally do with a puzzle. After a short amount of time the puzzle is finished. I do something to ruin it - i can't remember what I did exactly, but somehow the puzzle was destroyed. Although I am the one destroying the puzzle I am furious with the old man for selling me a bad puzzle - it's like my thinking mind is seperate to my physical actions. I took it back to the fairground and confronted the man. He now had his family around him at the stall - an old woman who must have been his mother and two young children. I got really aggressive, yelling at the man for selling me a bad puzzle, but still knowing in the back of my mind that I had ruined it deliberately. In real life, I am rather shy and even when I have been wronged I rarely stick up for myself. Somehow I managed to threaten him, I don't remember how, but I do know that he had a look on his face of terror. He told me I could take any of the other puzzles on his stall that I wanted. But the puzzles he had there were nowhere near as good as the Mona Lisa one I had bought before. That infuriated me more and I threw them on the ground in a fit of rage. And thats where the part of my dream which I can remember ended

Because this is a recurring dream, it suggests that whatever is troubling you, is an ongoing thing....and has been for a while.

Fairgrounds/Carnival/Fiesta - represents your public activity, the different ranges of human fate (rich to poor...midgets to giants...etc.), the 'swings' and 'roundabouts' of life, dropping social or moral restraints, letting go of worries, creativity, and social connections.
Also, a fair, or fairground, could be your mind's representation of something, someone, or situation, you feel may or may not be 'fair', or acting fairly.
(Also,..market & fairground are commonly found together)

Market - Represents the reality of everyday life, the push and shove...give and take, of relating to people in general but particularly 'the public'. Also, the wide range of experience you meet in exposing yourself to more than just close family and friends, the buying and selling of things or self (the investment of yourself in yourself, or others).

Deserted/Empty - symbolizes a lack of pleasure, enthusiasm, and good feelings, loneliness, lack of relationship, sense of isolation, and something 'dead'.
Alternatively, Your potential, opportunity, space to be yourself...(depending on your feeling quality of this place in your dream).

Arab Man - If he reminds you of someone you know in your waking life (male or female), then he is a representation of that person. If he is completely unknown to you, he would then represent an unknown, or unacknowledged, male aspect of yourself. If he is of a different culture than your own, it would suggests that this aspect of your 'self' feels very different, or 'alien' to you.

Blue Sweater: ( I'm assuming you mean sweater...? UK=Jumper, US=Sweater)
Blue has always something to do with intellectual and spiritual events, insights, experiences, and mental processes.  Blue is a symbol of emotional contentment that we all would like to attain. It indicates that you want to live wisely and with compassion. Blue stands for intellectual goals, insight, faith, spiritual maturity, enlightenment, relief from worry, and assistance from outside sources.

Dark blue - depression, negative thoughts, and aggression.
Sweater - Clothing - represents the roles that we play in life, and the stance, or attitudes we use to meet other people or special situations...such as work, danger, self-protection, feelings of reserve, shyness, anxiety, or aggressiveness. Clothes can depict self-respect, and how we see ourselves in society, and how we want others to perceive us..( the difference between what we want, and what we feel others want of us). When we consider their color, our clothes can express our emotional condition and moods.
A sweater(jumper) particularly, represents your continuing connection and strong ties with your family and home life, a need to feel comfort and warmth. Alternatively, it represents a kind of innocence, immaturity, and/or naive thinking.

Light blue - the sense of intuition, having a wide awareness of life, religious feelings, and the 'coolness' of nature.
Soft gentle blue - a typically feminine color, representing the nurturing and emotional expression.
* Blue may sometimes symbolize the universal or collective unconscious (as distinct from the individual unconscious). Perhaps the dream is asking you to base your life on intuitions that come from a deep source within your psyche.
* Alternatively, blue may represent the power of the conscious mind, particularly if it is the blue of the sky.
* The blue sea may symbolize the unconscious or the feminine (anima, mother, or Great Mother, the wise self).
* At an advanced level of mystical awareness, blue may represent the primal energy from which the universal life-force comes.

Jigsaw Puzzle - represents a mental challenge or a problem in your waking life that you need to solve.

Mona Lisa - Painting(art) - the subconscious frequently senses things from our experiences, or views, of things we are not consciously aware of. A dream may depict them as a painting...or work of art. Making them subtle realizations, or views, we have about something.
The Mona Lisa is a portrait of a young woman with an enigmatic smile. Is she keeping a secret....? How do you personally feel about her?

Destroy Puzzle - suggests frustration in dealing with a current problem or situation.

FuriousAnger/Rage:
Emotions expressed in dreams are a way for people to act out their feelings which they would not normally express if they were awake. This provides a "safe" outlet for these emotions instead of letting them be pent up.

Anger - People who dream of being angry often have difficulty expressing the emotion constructively in waking life. Anger is a reaction to a perceived threat. As such, anger reflects our feeling that we are being denied what is ours by necessity or by right. Dreams that contain anger may often give insight into our waking relationships. Sometimes, you may find yourself dreaming of being angry at someone who never angers you in waking life. This may simply be an indication that they are not perfect, a sort of check that reminds you that they are human.
Alternately, it may be a carryover from your daily life. In our dreams we can experience and express such feelings safely. Feeling great anger in your dream may be disturbing but pay attention to it and attempt to deal with all of your emotions in a more appropriate and productive manner.

Confronted man - suggests you feel the need to face, or confront, something directly in your waking life.

Stranger's family - If this man is a symbol of an unknown aspect of yourself, this dream family would be representative of members of your own family.

Aggression - exhibiting aggression in your dream, may be a reflection of conflict in your waking life. It could also symbolize repressed sexual needs.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Could you be angry with someone, or situation, for something you feel is not fair?
Are you conflicted over a situation?
Are you facing a particularly challenging problem, or issue?
Are you angry with yourself for something you may, or may not, have done?
Do you feel as though someone is keeping something from you?
Did you place trust (invest yourself) in a friend or family member, and now you feel betrayed...that someone has made a 'fool' of you?
Do you feel as though someone has taken advantage of you, or your good nature?
Are you feeling as though you are facing something alone, without the support of family or friends?
I hope this gives you some insight, best of luck!
