Ok...I usually have sort of apocalyptic themed dreams when I have vivid dreams. Last night I had a really weird one that didn't have anything to do with the end of the world.  I don't think it would be considered an adult dream, but there were some elements of a sexual nature.

First, I was in a big bed in what reminded me of a dormatory at a kids camp or a college.  Just one bed though.  There were bathrooms (like rows of stalls) just outside the bedroom through an open door way (no doors on it).  A man whom is not my husband was with me in bed and we were fooling around, but I wasn't really happy about it.  We were not actually having intercourse.  At one point, he stops and says "sorry, it's just not doing it for me" (or something along those lines) and I got really sad and embarrassed.  Then I got out of bed and went to the toilet room.

I went in one of the stalls, went in a stall, and sat on a toilet.  These tiny clusters of what I can only describe as balloons (like balloons as big as maybe the tip on my finger, clustered together in balls about the size of my fist) came out of me and plopped into the toilet. It was like I was giving birth to them, but there was no pushing or pain or anything associated with it...just surprise.  I think just a couple of clusters came out, and I was in shock at what was happening and maybe a little embarrassed.  Then, one of the clumps started to float up out of the toilet toward me.  Then I really panicked and grabbed the cluster of balloons and tried the pop them to get rid of them. But they were really hard to pop.  So I pushed them down into the toilet, my hands in the toilet water, and squeezed them as hard as I could. I think I popped some of them but not all.  I'm pretty sure the balloons were blue, but some might have been red too.

That's the end of the dream.  In the same night, there was another dream involving stinkbombs and a university which I can provide some details if anyone wants them.  It was totally unrelated to this dream, and I don't remember as much.

Any help here?
Thanks!

I don't have a lot of time, so this will be kind of fast.  If you need more help, I'll try to get back with you on a later day.

The nature of the setting of the dream makes me think that you're dealing with a social/relational kind of issue.  Perhaps you need to learn and grow more in your ability to deal with people.  Or you feel exposed and awkward in a certain area of life.

When you go to the toilet in a dream it means that you need to "relieve yourself" of negative emotions.  Sometimes the dream is the only safe place where you can express these negative emotions.

Balloons can represent hope, since they move in an upward direction.  They are also expressions of childlike innocence and wonder.

It sounds like you might be giving birth to new hopeful ideas, that you are sure will fail (go "down the toilet").  But hope does not die easily, which is shown by the difficulty you had in popping them.  Or perhaps you feel that your childhood is being lost forever.

Are you in an abusive situation?
