n my dream I'm in Chicago, I'm walking across the street in front of the Essex hotel. I'm dressed in a Dark blue suit with a white shirt and red tie. I notice my shoes are very shinny. It's raining and I have an umbrella, I'm perfectly dry.
When I reach the half way mark I see a woman that I'm dating on the curb in front of the Essex. She doesn't appear to be to see me. She's staring off into the lake not moving at all. The rains pouring down on her, she is soaked to the bone. I freeze and can't take my eyes off her. Her face is bisected by a line on a 45% angle from over her left eye down to the right side of her chin. The top half of her face is black the bottom white. I wake up and tears are running down my face. I seldom dream of anyone I know and have never woke up in such a state before. This person means a great deal to me. Any input would be welcome.
