I've had the same dream/nightmare for 4 nights in a row and I have no idea what all of the symbols together mean, can anyone help?
I'm at a gig watching my partners band perform, the gig go's well and we're having a drink after, his friend and bandmate approaches me and say's our taxi is here we start to walk out together as a threesome but my partner remembers he's forgotten something and has to go back, when we get outside there is no taxi just an unmarked vehicle being driven by someone who's face I cannot see, my partners friend assures me that everything is ok and helps me into the taxi, he get's in next to me and the car pulls away, we arrive at a building that is familiar to me and he proceeds to install me in an 'iron maiden' where he keeps me until I eventually wake up. He does and say's nothing else, just laughs...I'm there for a VERY long time...What could this mean?

Strange(unknown) vehilcle - For women, dreams of vehicles seem often to be connected with feelings of self-respect and ambition...(a 'driving' need).

Unknown driver - An unknown driver in a unknown car suggests you feel as though you are not in control of your life, or that you've lost control.

The main theme in abduction dreams is fear. It could be that you are afraid of losing a very important part of yourself, or of losing your safest and most familiar surroundings. Also, you may be afraid of leaving your home, childhood, familiar support group, or long standing ideas. These type of dreams may be most prevalent during times of psychological or physical transition and during stressful times of life when the future is somewhat uncertain.

Iron symbolizes strength, but often with overtones of inflexibility and ruthlessness, as in...'ruling with a iron fist'.
Also signifies imperfection, or inferiority as contrasted to gold. Gold would represent your higher self, whereas iron, an inferior metal, would represent your lesser qualities.

Using an ironmaiden is a form a torture, and it suggests that you are feeling victimized or helpless in some relationship or situation.

Do you feel as though someone else is running your life?
Have you recently had an argument, in which the other person was 'unyielding'(refusing to hear your side, or even try to understand your point)?
Adversely, could you have said something that was harsh, and feel guilty for it?
Are you in a situation where you may have to leave your comfortable, or familiar, surroundings behind(moving, new job, etc)?
Do you feel that your ambitions, or needs, are being held back or stifled?
Do you feel helpless, or that your views and ideas are dismissed or ignored?
Do you feel as though you must compete with this friend for the attention of your boyfriend?
Do you have misgivings, or feel distrust, towards the bandmate?

Hope this gives you some insight...good luck!

Life is not a destination....it's a journey. Enjoy the ride.
