In my opinion it depend on your waking life. As a nightmare cause scare you so bad that you wake up in the middle of the night scared. Meanwhile, in your waking life you might be goingthrough a terrifying change; transition in your life with any relationship. When some dream of problems with their teeth in their dreams, some people could be going through am emotional instance when they could be telling lies and be caught up in something; the pain is in comparison. As also with teeth, they could have developed something physical and a message is trying to put up the red light. There are some who have actually fell from something, or had  some fight and when waking up they all of a sudden have problems with their back or problems with some part of their body in general. The mind is very powerful, I never try to rule anything out..validations is all around us ...Peace and love - Dena

It could, from what I know. Especially if you might have something terminally ill in your body. But I will be following up on this . peace and love - Dena Smiley

before I used to always wake up before the pain.

it just changed recently. last month I dreamed a guy was talking, but not to me, I remember feeling fear for some reason, then the guy suddenly looked at me and extended his arm to me, going inside my head and squeezed my brain to the back of my head. I woke up with severe pain - headache- that lasted for 4 days, all in the same area, nothing helped. and I was to prideful to see a Doctor about it.

after 4 days it started to resolve gradually, I was fine about a week from when it all started.

by the way the guy is a senior in the company a work in, but in a diffrent section.

I'm a health, 27yrs,  single female. it was my first and only experience of such things
