My friend dreamt that he was at a carnival and while there he had a tooth that kept trying to fall out.  He had to keep shoving it back into his gum.

your falling teeth (or your friend's teeth) represents your appearance, it may also bear a feeling of embarrassment. Carnival represents deceit and deception.
your friend might have made something very wrong that he/she is embarrassed about it.
