I believe this is a struggle with your waking life, whatever is going on. A friend could be you, a companion you have, or a guide. When asking what the friend wants, this might be a signal that you are not listening to someone or something. obscenities could be communication barrier, you might be withholding more than you should. Someone could be forcing their power over you. When you took the items until she might screamed , this could seam that it will be difficult and hard but it is only for the best. Once you have re found your inner strength, you will be able to come back to where you are supposed to be. You will also need much rest to build up as this journey is enduring but worth it and you will have a new found sense of remembering. Once all is done you will move on to a new phase. Nothing just happens, and I have faith in you.
Anyway. That's what I feel it is, you do have help on your side in areas you would not even know !
