White Sheet/Hospital gown - Many people reported having dreams about hospitals and surgery. This appears to be a relatively common dream setting. Most of us are in some need of healing. The healing may be physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual.

White is feminine, symbolizing virginity, but also emotional coldness and immaturity. Also, purity, well earned success, honesty, virtue, innocence, peace, happiness, joy, transformation, cleanliness, dignity, awareness, clarity of mind, and light feelings.
White in a dream might possibly be a reminder to resolve special situations and problems.

Table - suggests assimilation, or 'coming together' of varying parts of your personality. It could be that you are working on becoming aware of your own multi-dimensional nature and are attempting to become a more harmonious individual. The table usually represents nourishment, friendship, and unity. May also represent your responsibilities and obligations at work. 
A metal table would suggest a 'hardness' of feelings, or the restrictions of the real world or of your own imagination. Also, strength of will, or obstinacy.

Sheet coming off - symbolizes being emotionally exposed or vulnerable.

Snails - symbolize vulnerability...it's shell is our defense against being hurt. They also represent feelings of repulsion for some people....most likely repulsion reguarding 'squirmy' feelings about their body, or sexuality.

Unknown male tries to cover you - represents an unknown masculine side of yourself. One that is wanting to protect you, or keep you safe.

3 spiders and 1 deformed spider -  The spider is a symbol of poisonous and sinful desires, on one hand, and an emblem of skillful and creative attitudes, on the other hand. Sometimes a spider represents female seduction which "devours" of the male, in which case, you should reconsider your behavior, and actions, as they may look patronizing, overprotective, or demanding.
The deformed spider suggests you feel the more negative side of the above symbolism. Could represent a negative attitude toward yourself or others...or could be representative of a destructive lifestyle.

Red (spider) - Red is an active, affective color, full of passion and emotion. It may symbolize passion, luck, joy, happiness, energy, action, sexuality, revolution, warning, danger....but also hate, anger, sin, greed, irritability and will power. As the color of blood, red is also the symbol of life.
A softer red is a symbol of love, mercy and compassion.
