I had this dream where this lady was giving me meds, saying they were to help me, but instead it was as if she was giving sedation instead, in the distance i saw my journal, and i had this over whelming feeling that she did want me to write or even speak about how god has changed my life.  Next think i know , she was ripping out my throat, laughing.

Usually when we dream about someone trying to help us, we're seeking advice, or guidance, in a situation.
This unknown lady may be representing another side of you, or your subconscious. Your conscious mind may be wanting to say or tell something, but your subconscious is telling you to keep quiet. (ripping out your throat, preventing you from speaking, or telling what you know.)

Alternately, it may be that you feel someone in your waking life is not the person you thought they were. Someone you thought you could confide in, or someone you thought was your friend, is turning out to be the exact opposite.

Do you have some information that may get you, or someone else, in trouble?
Do you know something, and you want to tell it, but are afraid of embarrassment, ridicule, etc?
Do you have to make a public speech of some sort, and are afraid of failing?

Hope this helps. Good Luck!
