I was driving my car and the car clipped the kerb.  I ended up spinning in the air which seemed to be a lifetime and ended up falling onto the pavement on my side with my face to the side.  I felt I could still move and turned my head to look in front of me and saw A4 pieces of paper float down in front of me.

I then was in a bedroom when I man who I did not know walked in and smiled, I believe I was expecting my husband to walk in instead.  I then looked in the bedroom mirror and found that my face was totally disfigured with half of my face up from the other side and one eye open and the other in a permanent stare.

As dreams do, it felt so real!  What does this mean, it was so vivid!
