Good luck with it, i gave up about 3 years ago now, i used the patches but only for a day as my arm came up in a big rash, so i pulled of the patch and went cold turkey.
I made my wifes life hell for the next week or two but it was worth it in the end.
I do still have the odd ciggy with a drink in the evening but not 20 a day anymore.

You can call me your support gal. I am also stop old habit and fighting something new. My goal is to lose weight and stop smoking and drinking. I too have a problem with the "drink", but I am determinded to get this in perspective, cause wine is a mockery and smoking is not allowing me to be a clear as i should be. Not saying everyone is to do this, but I believe this is my time. I know it is going to be hard, but no one said it was going to be east       Good luck .          peace love and blessings - Dena.
