finding out im pregnant

i was with my mum (who passed over) and i had a rounded belly and she kept telling me to do a test i did and found out i was pregnant.i have had this twice now both times it has been plain to see im pregnant but i have been told to do a test and have found out i am but not known till i take test after i take the test i can feel the baby start to move.i tell my partener(who is my real life partener) and he is always shocked sometimes angry. im female age 30.i already have 3 kids.

This is an anxiety dream.
Dreaming about your Mum being alive suggests you miss her, and are currently in need of some motherly advice.
Having a baby tummy, and not believing you're pregnant until you take a test, suggests a denial of sorts. Already having 3 children, you may be worried about becoming pregnant again.

Do you feel as though your real life partner would be upset if you had another baby?
Could you be pregnant now, and you're worried about telling your partner....possibly waiting until you are forced to tell him?

i do miss my mum.i know im not pregnant now.myself and my partener have decided to have one more child once our house and money matters are straight.he has been snappy with me over finding out about our other three but it was a shocked reflex reaction.
