I dreamt of a man I don't know and fell in love.  I didn't know if he felt the same way.  I was walking with a friend and said that I couldn't tell him how I felt as I was sure it would scare him away.  I ended up in an accident and he came to the hospital and stayed by my side till I got better and then he told me he loved me.  It was rather unusual but very vivid.
