I keep on having a dream which keeps repeating every few days.

The dream starts off with me going to bed.  The bedroom is not always based at my house, sometimes i'm at a hotel or at friends or family.  In the dream i wake up and step out on to the landing (the landing is always the one at my house).  I try turning on the light but it won't come on.  I then try turning on the bedroom light and that won't come on either.  I go through every room upstairs and still none of the lights work.
I make my way downstairs and check the fuse box.  I can tell the fuse has tripped so i reach in to re-set it.  After i've done this i try the hallway light and it comes on.  I then go through every light downstairs and they all come on.  I make my way back upstairs and try all the lights there and they all now work.  That's where the dream ends.

I have been having this dream every few days since the beginning of last year.  I always wake up feeling panicked but i'm not sure why, i can't detect any threat in the dream so why does this affect me the way it does.

Thanks for your help.

Something is bothering you in your waking life. Some difficult situation you're having trouble making a decision on. Or you're working on an idea, or solving a puzzle of some sort...or simply looking for something, or someone. "Trying to see the light", as it were.

Your subconscious is telling you that the simplest answer is the best, and it may be right in front of you. You're just looking too hard, or thinking there must be more to it than there really is.

Hope that helps, Good Luck!
