Dream about Maggots

Hi there, I am new here. I found you all via the Internet.  I had a dream the other day and its been bothering me.  I dream that I was pulling what was supposed to be lice out of my hair, but they were squishy maggots.  I would yank them out and feel them squish in between my figertips.  Then I could see them on the ground and they were different shapes and colors.  I am 31 and have two children, I work full time and I think it might be related to the sominex and stress from starting college classes again and work load I have been taking on since my promotion at work.  Do you suppose that this is me conquring my fears of going back to school?  Kindly please let me know your thoughts!  Thank you!!
