Sometimes in the morning, when I wake up, I'll have a song stuck in my head. It's always a song I know, but sometimes it's one that I haven't heard in ages, or that I listened to recently. I'll wake up singing different songs, and sometimes they match with what I dreamt about, but I never remember hearing music in my dreams. It's almost like when I start to wakeup, the music starts to play like ending credits to a movie.

Anyone else experience this?

Also...some people say we dream in black and white, but I never do. It's always in color. Anyone else dream solely in color? Or solely in black and white?

I have that too. Recently it's a song from a stupid tv commercial. The one about free credit report commercial where that guy is dressed like a pirate. I hate that. LOL
Now, if I could wake up with Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Eagles, or anything classic 70's, in my head....I'd be happy as a lark!

I usually dream in color. Once in a while I'll have a B&W dream. But that's usually when I'm not 'participating' in the dream...(just a witness to it).... and it has something to do with me thinking about what I should've done in a particular situation. By being in B&W, it's like my dream is giving me a view of an alternate solution, outcome, or possibility about something.
The beauty part of weird dreams, is that people don't think you're 'nuts' when you tell them. Because they're told as, and accepted as,  'just' a dream or nightmare.

I spent a whole night singing that creditreport.com song. Everytime I opened my mouth, I'd be told to shut up, lol. That is until I got my dad singing it. It's highly addictive, I tell you. I also sing the one about the used car he gets... "F R E E that spells free, credit report dot com baybeee"

I never thought about b&w dreams that way...but I usually participate in all my dreams. I'm usually the focus. Normally, people don't judge my dreams...unless they're sexual. Then people look at me like I'm crazy, lol. But I usually have really cool dreams, so they're actually entertaining.

Ya!... dreams are soooo entertaining. I like to call 'em 'mind movies'. Now if only I could figure out a way to incorporate, or manifest, popcorn into my little mind movies....I'd never pay theatre prices again!

i had a couple of instances where there were music in my dreams. There was a time where i was so down, financially, morally, emotionally, etc... then that night i dreamt of my deceased daughter and she sang me "Que sera, sera..." (whatever will be, will be), i never really liked that song, but never hated it, but it gets stuck in my head when i woke up. She's trying to tell me that not to worry too much and everything will be ok. and eventually, after a few days, it's getting better.

A lot of people say dreams cannot be seen in colors, most of them are in black and white. but i can see colors in my dream...

Sometimes I think the advertising companies purposfully write songs they KNOW will get stuck in our heads. Have you ever noticed they always put the reeeeally annoying ones on at night before everyone goes to bed?? Then it's the last thing in your head before you go to sleep....ensuring that you wake up in the morning with the dumb thing stuck in your head.
