From what I can remember from it was I was lying under a pile of chairs in my bed (weird) and dad was ripping the chairs of the top of the pile and throwing them away from it, he was also shouting rather loudly and looked in a frenzy.  My dad has been dead for some over 15 years and lately I have been quite ill.  Could this be the reason for my strange dream?

Would be very grateful for any advice or understanding/meaning of it.  Left me quite disturbed.

Love and light to all

Being ill can cause some very strange dreams. Usually when we are ill we feel very vulnerable, and want comfort and protection. Your Dad was probably your safety net. Someone who made you feel safe and secure.
Chairs - represents passivity, relaxed attitudes, inactivity, receptivity, openess, rest and waiting. That your Dad was trying to rescue you suggests it's likely that you are overwhelmed or feeling incompetent in an important area of your waking life.
You're being ill would leave you overwhelmed by just about everything.

I hope this helps, & I hope you feel better soon.
Hugs & Hope,
J
