Hello, I am new to this but I had a disturbing dream that I wonder if is meds I am taking or if it means anything.
I dreamt that I was looking at my elbow and it had flaps of skin hanging over, wasnt bloody but then I looked at my forearm and hand and it had a deep triangular cut that want from top of hand to almost the crease on elbow,
So I moved this flap back and noticed there was rice grains imbedded deep by the bone and skin.
I thought in my dream"How am I going to get this out"
I woke up after that. I am taking anxiety meds. If anyone can help let me know thanks.

Arm (injured) - symbolizes a loss of confidence; the inability to reach out, or create; psychological trauma regarding abilities(Left arm is the supportive feelings, the right is extroverted activity).

Triangular shaped - symbolizes the three major aspects of human nature (which is similar to the number three).... body, personal experience, and impersonal consciousness.

Rice - symbolizes success; prosperity; luck; fertility; and warm friendships. To dream that you are eating rice, denotes happiness and tranquillity in the home. Cooking rice, signifies that new responsibilities will bring you much joy. To see rice mixed with dirt, or otherwise unclean, signifies illness, or separation from friends.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Are you feeling 'bad' because you need to take medication to 'function'?
Have you been feeling like you're alone, or separate from others, because you have an illness?
Do you feel 'less than normal'?
I wouldn't say the meds themselves are the cause of the dream, although they might 'contribute' to it. I'd say that it's the combination of taking the medication, and the reason for taking them(the fact that you need meds), not the anxiety itself.
Many people suffer from anxiety, and there's no reason you should feel 'bad', or 'different' from other people.
I hope I could help you, and allay some of your fear.
Best wishes!
