That would only be of concern if you are superstitious.  It sounds more to me that your dream is telling you something along the lines of: you feel that there is a "new you" coming along in your life.  Maybe you are redefining yourself in some fashion.  The fact that the "new you" is an infant, might mean that you feel a little insecure/vulnerable in this new role.
