Your skateboard represents your 'fun time'.
Vehicle - usually symbolizes our passage through the journey of life. The way that you travel through your life's journey, and your effectiveness in controlling your life. The type of vehicle will give indications of the type of experience being related in the dream message. For instance, an ambulance will indicate a need for healing in the giving and receiving of experience, a police car will signify the need for discipline in experiences, an old car might suggest old habits, or 'things the way they used to be' or the need to change the old way of doing things...etc.
Driving - represents the direction you are taking in life. Because you were driving, it suggests you feel the need to be in control of some issue or situation. Because you are lost, it suggests you are lacking direction, and feel confusion somewhere in your waking life.
Train - If you don't normally take the train to work and it is a part of your daily experience, the train could be symbolic of your need to move on and to do things in an orderly and sequential manner. Also, may represent conformity and going along with what everyone else is doing.
Train station - symbolizes moving toward new opportunities, possibilities, and changing scenes, ie: from the family environment to the work environment, from an old way of life to a new one, leaving behind old hurts, bad memories, or relationships.
Stairs - Going up and down the stairs could mean several different things. It could represent changes in consciousness, movement from one inner plane to another, or a change in understanding. In a more material sense, it could represent a rise or fall in economic or social status and the general efforts that are required to accomplish life's small and large goals. Climbing may represent an achievement of your ambitions and a movement in a positive direction. Descending may symbolize your doubts or a period following hard work and achievement of a significant goal. Generally, dreaming of ascending a stairway connotes movement in a positive direction while descending is indicative of a down period or negative flow of ideas or actions.
Theatre/Concert Hall/Opera House - represents observing the 'play' of your own life...the thoughts, feelings, hopes, fears, fantasies you have built up over the years. Alternately, it could suggest you may not take things seriously.
Great Aunt & Uncle - usually the elderly represent wisdom, patience, guidance, and experience. They serve as life lessons....to learn from their achievements, as well as their mistakes.
Relatives - usually represent an aspect of yourself relative to the character of the person in your dream. Sometimes represents your family traditions, subconscious attitudes, conventions, or even talents, that are part of the unique psychological and social environment a family provides.
Dead/Deceased - Dead people who appear alive in dreams have three general categories of participation: cameo, resolution and judgment.
Cameo participation is a little eerie in recall, but not particularly noteworthy in the dream itself. In these cases, the dreamer simply sees a dead person intact and living, just hanging around in the dream scene. Often there is little direct participation in the dream per se. The dream image probably is tied to an activity that the dreamer and dead person once participated in together. Most likely, there is a latent sense of missing the person that made the dream appearance possible.
Resolution participation usually involves a specific action with the dead person. In this case, the dead persons' presence is central to the unfolding storyline. Either you lack something they need or they act in a way to provoke emotion (positive or negative) from you. In either case, the transaction or inability to complete it revolves around some deficit that needs resolution in the relationship. These dreams may carry a sense of judgment or joy, depending on whether or not the relationship transaction is resolved.
Judgment can often involve the dead person as a dead person or zombie. These dreams are particularly troubling as we often see ourselves as unable to reverse or complete the necessary actions to salvage a situation. What traits did the deceased embody during their lives (i.e. Uncle John was a saint; Aunt Agnes was mean) Was their behavior in the dream consistent with or contrary to their general behavior in life? Perhaps you need to look more closely at the true personality of the deceased and how they were characterised by others. ______________________
Skin - represents protection or shielding of your inner self. It serves as a physical boundary and how close you let others get to you. Your contact with the world, what tactics you use to deal with others, strength or vulnerability in feeling the impact of other people: their remarks and actions. Alternatively, it may indicate that you are being too superficial or shallow.
Peeling/Shedding - represents a changing of old way of life, and old attitudes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have you ben told by someone that you need to take things more seriously? Are you entering a new phase of life...becoming more independent, getting a new job, meeting new people? Do you feel as though you are lacking direction in your life, and would like guidance from someone older? Does your life feel chaotic, and you feel the need to have more order and structure?
Hope this gives you something to go on. Good Luck!
